Leith joined Alex Kaar in 2025 and is leader of the Customer practice which encapsulates revenue growth and operations efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Product, E-Commerce, Supply Chain & Logistics. Leith also facilitates organization P&L Leadership mandates such as Managing Director, CEO and General Managers along with board positions for private and public companies.

Major industry segments include Consumer, Industrial, Financial Services, Technology and Government. Leith has himself led high performing teams and businesses with full P&L responsibility at Managing Director level of 100 fee earning consultants.
Leith commenced his recruitment and executive search career in January 1999 with Page Group (FTSE250) in Melbourne, subsequently embarking on an international career living and working in London and Dubai. Leith was Managing Director of the Middle East where he launched the business in Saudi Arabia, executed multiple ‘C’ suite mandates across the region and steered the organisation to market leadership which it maintains today. In 2019, Leith relocated back to his hometown of Melbourne and as Managing Director led the PageGroup ‘s Victorian division (100 employees) where he navigated the business through the COVID 19 pandemic period and then delivered some of the best results in the business’ history.
Leith holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor Commerce and has completed Foundations of Governance: Governance for Directors at the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD)
Leith is married with 2 children in secondary school. He has been an active member in the local community as a Coach and Team Manager for East Brighton Vampires Junior Football Club and Elsternwick Eels Cricket Club winning multiple premierships across both clubs. He is also an active member of Caulfield Grammar schools reverse mentoring program and a passionate member of the North Melbourne Football Club.
